Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for Data Collection & Exploratory Hardware Platforms to drive development of early hardware platforms and data collection systems that enable ML and product exploration.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team through concept to delivery, coordinating design reviews, schedules, and risk mitigation across suppliers and internal groups. The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and experience managing complex hardware programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a hardware engineering field.
• Minimum 4+ years of combined engineering and program management experience.
• Bonus experiences: AR/VR, Cameras/Sensors, Machine Learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers across PD, EE, Optics, FW and Test/Cal to develop new hardware platforms.
• Drive system definition, milestones, and cost estimates from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and ensure alignment of schedules and risks.
• Present end-to-end program status to executive management and stakeholders.
• Oversee CM operations, test readiness, and build readiness reviews; manage vendor coordination.
