  • Participate in project planning and implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with Molex quality standards and industry certifications.
  • Provide on-site support at production facilities.
  • Drive signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance.
  • Collaborate with optical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for NPI and production.
  • Interface with customers and vendors for technical discussions and component selection.

Our Optical Solutions team located in Allen, TX is looking for a Hardware Engineer Electrical Engineer to assist in design, test, and support of Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) under the guidance of senior engineers. *


Our team of Hardware Engineers are focused on delivering high-speed electrical design for advanced optical interconnect products including high speed line cards, amplifiers and optical systems. This role combines a high degree of technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver cutting-edge solutions for hyperscale data centers and next-generation optical networking systems.

What You Will Do
