Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience designing, integrating, and testing hardware systems or components.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and system-level issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, circuit design, or related hardware components.
• Experience developing and executing test procedures and validating system performance.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into engineering solutions.
• Experience working in a collaborative engineering environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and supporting configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support hardware systems and components, including circuit boards, processors, and embedded systems.
• Perform hardware integration, testing, and validation to ensure performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers, system engineers, and program stakeholders for hardware/software integration.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and documentation for system validation and verification.
• Analyze system requirements and translate them into hardware specifications and design solutions.
• Support configuration management, system upgrades, and lifecycle sustainment activities.
• Provide technical input to system architecture, design reviews, and engineering discussions.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, industry, and safety standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test reports, and user guides.
