Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a hardware Electrical-Mechanical Designer to model and draw a wide range of mechanical hardware for Creo Cable and E3 Zuken WD. The candidate will communicate cross-functionally while delivering multiple large-scale design tasks.

Pay is $33-$38 per hour and responsibilities span from 3D modeling to engineering support. Ideal candidates will have Creo 10+ experience, Pro Cable proficiency, and strong math for fitment and feasibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with Creo 10 or higher.
• Pro Cable proficiency.
• Programming experience using NotePad.
• Ability to develop component and system models and drawings.
• Use of advanced mathematics for fitment and design feasibility.
• Experience with welding, GD&T, tolerancing, material specs and finishes in drawings/models.
• Parametric design and programming skills.
• Collaborate with engineers and internal customers.
• Live Absolutes and foster inclusion and engagement.
• Work at pace with multiple deliverables.
• Independent work with minimal oversight.
• Experience with E3 Zuken Wiring Diagrams.

Responsibilities

Job description

Summary: The main function of a hardware Electrical-Mechanical Designer position is responsible for modeling and drawing generation of a wide range of mechanical hardware and components designed for use in hardware systems and Creo Cable and E3 Zuken WD. The candidate should not only be adept at handling typical design tasks (modeling and detailing) but must be able to effectively communicate cross functionally. Pay Rate: $33 - $38/hr

Job Responsibilities

• Provide design support to internal and external customers
