Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Manufacturing/Operations environment or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive lifecycle management of electrical, electronic, and electromechanical components.
• Monitor BOM health, PCN/EOL, obsolescence risk, last-time-buy decisions, supplier continuity.
• Coordinate design changes and qualifications with suppliers as needed.
• Improve on-time delivery, material availability, and production capacity with cross-functional teams.
• Use data-driven methods to address supply-chain gaps and drive corrective actions.
