Job summary

Fathom Mfg in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Hardware Associate to join our manufacturing team. You will set up equipment, install fasteners per customer specifications, and maintain quality parts throughout the run, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, can read complex drawings, and is reliable and willing to learn. This full-time position offers comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and a 401k plan.

Position Summary:

Hardware machine operators are expected to set-up equipment to install fasteners to customer specifications, and efficiently maintain a quality part through the run.

Position requires a constant drive for success and willingness to learn and grow everyday.
