Qualifications

• Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, masonry, or construction preferred.
• Base prep, compaction, and leveling techniques.
• Lift 50–80 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with patio installation tools.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install patios using materials such as pavers, natural stone, concrete, brick, or composite systems.
• Prepare job sites, including excavation, grading, leveling, and base preparation.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment (saws, compactors, skid steers, etc.).
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and layout drawings.
• Ensure proper drainage, slope, and structural integrity of installations.
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors.
• Follow company standards, safety protocols, and local building regulations.
• Assist with related hardscape tasks such as retaining walls, steps, edging, and outdoor features.

A Patio Installer is responsible for constructing high‑quality outdoor living spaces, including patios, walkways, and hardscape features. This role involves hands‑on installation work, site preparation, material handling, and ensuring each project meets design specifications and customer expectations.
