Job summary

MaineGuide in North Yarmouth, ME is seeking hardscape team members to join our growing crew. We build patios, walkways, retaining walls, sitting walls and more using pavers, brick, and natural stone for outdoor spaces.

You will work on a hands-on crew, operate basic equipment such as skid steer or excavator, and maintain a meticulous eye for detail. This full-time, in-person role offers a flexible schedule and growth opportunities. Reliable transportation and weekend availability are valued.

Qualifications

• Two years of verifiable hardscape experience.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic operation of skid steer / excavator.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Dependability / adherence to work schedule.
• Ability to work weekends when necessary due to weather fluctuations.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Assist hardscape team in building patios, walkways, retaining walls and related features.
• Operate basic equipment as needed.
• Ensure materials are prepared and site is kept clean and safe.
