Job description

Hardscape/Landscape Technician – Nicolock Paving Stones & Retaining Walls

Supports the sales team with product display installation & builds, sample deliveries, service calls, product demonstrations and other tasks associated with servicing the hardscape market. Coverage: New Jersey, Eastern PA, Southern NY.

Full Time: Monday – Friday
Hourly: $25‑$30 per hour
Company vehicle, gas card, and phone provided.

Responsibilities

• Product Display Builds & Installation
• Service Calls & Reporting
• Delivery and Logistics Operations
• Sample Deliveries
• Trade‑Show Build & Support
• Assist with hands‑on Product Demonstrations

Requirements

• Three years of hardscape or landscape industry experience preferred
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management, organization and decision‑making skills
• Ability to handle a flexible, fluid schedule
• Travel – most within NJ region, periodic overnight travel possible
• Must live within 35 miles of Sparta, NJ
• Bilingual English‑Spanish is a plus
• Must be self‑sufficient and motivated

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting 80 lbs.+ materials and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors for demonstrations, repairs, display installations, and deliveries
