Job summary

Spurlocks Luxury Outdoor Living in Pontiac, MI is seeking a motivated Hardscape Laborer to support installation teams. This in-person role requires physical stamina and the ability to work with masonry, stone, and landscape materials.

You will assist foremen, perform material handling, site prep, and cleanup, with opportunities for advancement. Benefits include PTO, training, and health coverage. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in masonry, concrete, or landscaping.
• Experience assisting with outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and patios.
• Masonry walls experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist foremen and skilled tradesmen with daily construction tasks.
• Perform material handling, site prep, and cleanup.
• Support masonry, hardscape, and landscape installations.
• Maintain tools, materials, and jobsite organization.
• Contribute to crew productivity and morale.

Spurlocks Luxury Outdoor Living is seeking a motivated Hardscape Laborer to support our installation teams. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. We build luxury outdoor living spaces using natural stone, masonry, and high-quality landscape materials. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $18-$24 per hour including performance bonus
• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends); 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Time Off: Paid time off

Essential Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in masonry, concrete, or landscaping.
