Qualifications

• 3+ years of masonry, hardscape installation, or landscape construction experience.
• Proven ability to install structural retaining walls, stone steps, and complex paver systems.
• Proficiency in grading, drainage solutions, and base preparation techniques.
• Must be physically capable of outdoor labor and lifting 50+ pounds regularly.
• Possession of a 2A/1C hydraulic license to operate company equipment on-site.

Responsibilities

• Construct patios, paver walkways, and retaining walls using natural stone and concrete systems.
• Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, base compaction, and drainage installation.
• Interpret project plans and elevations to ensure installations meet exact measurements.
• Operate skid steers, mini excavators, and masonry saws with emphasis on safety.

• Lead winter operations by supporting snow and ice management and equipment operation or site leadership.
• Collaborate with project managers to report site conditions and manage material needs.
