Your Responsibilities as a Hardscape Team Lead

• Our Hardscape Lead is responsible for overseeing all on‑site aspects of landscape construction, projects and responsible for performing a variety of work tasks to manage the timely completion of contracts.

• You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35‑80 pounds often.
• You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

Job Requirements for Hardscape Team Lead

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent and flexible time management skills
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
• Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Must possess a "Big Picture" perspective.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices.
• Proficiency in computer, smart phone or data‑enabled device use for communication and reporting.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 an hour and is dependent on your experience as a hardscape or landscaping professional.
