C-A-L Ranch Stores is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to greet shoppers, answer questions, stock shelves, and support store merchandising in Ely, NV. You will handle daily housekeeping, operate the POS, and assist in freight processing while representing company standards.

Responsibilities include answering phones, maintaining product knowledge, and communicating across departments to ensure a smooth shopping experience for guests.

Other Duties And Responsibilities

• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning – such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
