Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring an exceptional Restaurant Manager for our Hemingway Hardee's location. You will lead the team, uphold service, quality, food safety, and cleanliness standards, and drive guest satisfaction while overseeing operations in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage labor and cash, and ensure compliance with company policies. Great pay, benefits, and advancement opportunities await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff based on company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of senior leadership.
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and crew; provide coaching and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, and training.
• Maintain inventory and supply levels to meet standards; control food cost variance.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and financial records are accurate.
• Monitor appearance, professionalism, and adherence to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally at all times.

Assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with constant focus on profitability.## **Job Functions*** Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.* Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow. Manage labor costs to meet company standard.* Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.* Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew. Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted. Assist with crew member duties a needed.* Conduct crew and management team meetings as needed to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.* Maintain an adequate supply of all products and items necessary to operate the restaurant. Control inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standard.* Maintain reports and records based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.* Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.* Responsible for all cash.
