As the face of the company, you’ll maintain a clean, safe work environment, communicate professionally with clients, and travel to job sites throughout the week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of flooring installation experience across multiple materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable with physical tasks like crouching, kneeling, standing, walking, and lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Professional, customer-focused, and respectful in clients’ homes.
