Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar handyman/restoration role.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid travel documents (passport/Real ID) for travel between sites.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance repairs including ceiling tiles, wallboards, millwork, flooring and fixtures.
• Repair water/cosmetic damage and perform drywall repairs and painting.
• Exterior concrete and masonry repairs as needed.
• Electrical repairs: outlets, switches and lighting fixtures.
• Plumbing repairs: leaks, drains and fixtures.
