The ideal candidate is hardworking, a team player, and committed to quality work. Prior experience as a maintenance worker is preferred, and a positive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as handyman/general maintenance.

• Maintain 50 residential units on Academy Street in Upper Manhattan.
• Light plumbing, electric, painting, plastering and cleaning buildings.
• Interact with residential tenants in a professional and friendly manner.
