Mr. Handyman of E. Nashville & Hendersonville is expanding and seeking a skilled Handyman to join our local team in Santee, California. You'll perform maintenance and repairs on homes and light commercial spaces, delivering reliable service and clean workmanship.

You’ll need 5+ years of paid handyman experience, own tools, and a professional, customer-focused approach. We offer a company van, flexible hours, and opportunities for growth within a supportive, team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ paid handyman experience.
• Own your own tools and carry them to job sites.
• Be insurable to drive company vehicles and carry insurance.
• Pass a background and driving records check.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Able to work safely at heights and overhead for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and maintain company-provided vehicle.
• Self-manage as you’ll often work alone.

Responsibilities

• Completing maintenance and repairs for home and small commercial projects, from two hours to two days.
• Communicate with customers to set expectations on scope and costs.
• Deliver a great experience and follow the Mr. Handyman process to earn repeat business.
