Job summary

Sea Breeze in Towaco, New Jersey is hiring a Handyman/Preventative Maintenance Technician for a full-time role. Work includes general building repairs, basic plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, painting, sanitation, equipment care and preventative maintenance. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with some Saturday overtime possible.

Compensation is up to $29 per hour. Benefits begin after three months: medical, dental and life insurance, plus rollover vacation and sick time with

• Maintenance experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude essential.
• Ability to document work with a basic computer system.
• Willingness to perform general building repairs.
