Clayton Homes is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to repair common service problems in manufactured housing and deliver superb customer service on every call. • Numerous and varied handyman skills are needed.
• Strong customer relations skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing.
• Respond promptly to service calls and ensure repairs are thorough and timely.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
• Complete service requests and perform preventative care on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair exterior and roof damage.
