Job summary

RapidFix Services in the United States is seeking a skilled Handyman to perform maintenance and repair tasks across our properties. You will handle plumbing and electrical issues, appliance repairs, painting and basic carpentry, working independently with minimal supervision.

This full-time position offers a monthly salary of $1,300 and accommodation. A biometric passport is required for this role, and you will coordinate with property managers to address tenant requests and maintain safety

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Handyman or similar maintenance role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other trades.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with tenants and property managers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, replacing light bulbs, and fixing minor electrical or plumbing issues
• Repair or replace broken appliances
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to requests for repairs from tenants or property managers
• Perform carpentry work including building shelves, cabinets, or furniture
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools and equipment
