TruBlue Home Service Ally is a national franchise delivering trusted handyman repairs, home safety upgrades, and maintenance to help seniors age in place and support busy families. The Home Service Technician role involves general repairs, maintaining a high standard of service, and building trust with customers.

You’ll use carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical skills; work independently or with a team; and represent TruBlue as a compassionate, trustworthy ally

  • 5+ years of paid home repair or handyman experience.
  • Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right.
  • Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
