Responsibilities

• Replace light bulbs, fuses, switches, and perform basic electrical maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, supply areas, and workshop.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from different departments.

This includes minor plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and furniture repairs, as well as responding and supporting maintenance projects. The handyman must be reliable, hands-on, and able to troubleshoot problems with a practical, solution-focused approach. This role supports both preventive and reactive maintenance tasks and works closely with the facilities and operations teams to minimize downtime and improve working conditions for employees.
