Responsibilities

• Assist with home repairs, maintenance, remodeling, and improvement projects.
• Help prepare work areas and organize tools and materials.
• Assist with demolition, installation, painting, repairs, and other project tasks.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
• Help load, unload, and care for tools and materials.
• Assist with home safety and accessibility projects for seniors.
• Learn proper techniques for using tools, materials, and equipment.
• Follow instructions from experienced technicians and supervisors.
• Interact with customers professionally and respectfully.
• Represent TruBlue with a positive attitude and willingness to help.
