Your potential income can range from $25 to $27, per hour to start plus a trip fee of $15 per job (not per day, per job!), and we also provide $25 performance bonuses for 5-Star reviews. A successful Handyman candidate will have good overall knowledge of all trades:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry

• Proper Equipment: Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
• Trouble Shooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to be able to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
