The Handyman will be responsible for addressing both routine and emergency maintenance requests, providing timely solutions to keep operations running smoothly. Ultimately, the Handyman will contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment for all occupants and visitors.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including drywall installation and repair, carpentry, and cabinetry work.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
