House Doctors is seeking energetic, organized individuals to join our Gastonia team as Maintenance Technicians. You will handle a variety of home improvement and maintenance projects with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

This role offers full-time hours, year-round work, a branded company vehicle, paid training, and clear paths for growth. Prior handyman experience is helpful, but not required; basic construction skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Hands-on with the principles, techniques, equipment and supplies used in the handyman industry.
• Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems.
• Friendly personality and committed to great customer service.
• A strong work ethic and highly dependable.
• Able to perform physical labor including bending, lifting (50+ lbs) and handling tools.

Responsibilities

• Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.
• Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks.
• Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
• Representing House Doctors in the local community, and networking with potential customers as needs arise.
