Ace Handyman Services is a franchise and part of the Ace Hardware family. We are hiring young Handyman professionals with skills in multiple trades to provide high‑quality craftsmanship and customer service across Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville).

Responsibilities

• Find and schedule jobs, maintaining quality craftsmanship and customer service.
• Work independently and as a helper with senior craftsmen.
• Assist the office with material purchases.
• Travel to job sites in Hamilton County using your own vehicle.
• Maintain professional demeanor and communicate effectively with clients, employees, and management.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of 3‑4 trades; willingness to learn additional trades such as carpentry, tiling, painting, and drywalling.
• Prior experience as an apprentice or craftsman.
• Own a vehicle and a set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
