Job summary

Lampire Biological Laboratories seeks a maintenance technician to perform diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facilities and equipment. The role includes carpentry, mechanics, landscaping and snow removal, with support to the Corporate Facilities Manager.

Scope of Responsibility:

The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facilities and equipment according to safety objectives. Additionally, experience with carpentry, mechanics, landscaping and snow removal is needed. Providing support to the Corporate Facilities Manager as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Ability to travel to other Lampire facilities as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift or move up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to operate Lampire Owned vehicles as needed.

Working Conditions:

• Extremes of temperature, including heat in summer months and cold in winter months.
• Noise can be extreme if working in or on farm equipment, hearing protection may be required.
• Excessive walking may be required.
