Mr. Handyman is seeking a skilled Handyman who can handle maintenance and repair tasks for homes and small businesses. This position emphasizes quality workmanship, clear communication, and the ability to manage customer expectations about scope and costs.

You’ll work with a team that values respect, integrity, and excellent service, with flexible hours and a company-provided van. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paid handyman experience and owns their own tools.

• 5+ years of paid handyman experience.
• Live within the service area.
• Have OWN tools and a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Professional appearance and maintain company vehicle.
• Background and driving record check required.

Responsibilities

• Completing Maintenance & Repairs – You’ll be completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.
• Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to wow the customer every time.
