Responsibilities

• As our Production Associate, you'll be cross‑trained in multiple areas, building technical skills.
• Wire Harness Preparation & Assembly: select wires, route, measure, cut, and crimp terminals.
• Testing & Quality Control: conduct continuity tests and visual/dimensional inspections.
• Safety, Precision, and Craftsmanship: use small tools and PPE, maintain accuracy and quality.
