Job summary

Critter Control Operations, a nationwide wildlife management leader, is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician (Biotech) to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation on residential and commercial properties.

You'll identify entry points, install barriers, complete minor structural repairs, and remove wildlife humanely while maintaining strict safety, quality, and documentation standards. Growth opportunities exist within our team-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or other related fields.
  • Ability to work in the field independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform interior and exterior property inspections, including roofs, attics, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces, to identify wildlife entry points and potential vulnerabilities.
  • Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and other barriers to prevent wildlife access.
  • Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other structural areas where wildlife may gain entry.
  • Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation techniques in accordance with company standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services performed, materials used, and customer interactions.
  • Provide clear, detailed reports and review completed scopes of work with customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address any additional concerns or recommendations.
