DWS, Inc. is seeking a versatile Warehouse Specialist to join our production and service team. You’ll move between manufacturing floors, the front counter, and delivery activities in a single day, using your hands and technical mindset.

Responsibilities include precision assembly of doors/frames, tool operation, forklift tasks, and supporting local deliveries. Strong communication and a team-first attitude are essential for success in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with hand and power tools is a must.
• Backgrounds in carpentry, door manufacturing, or metalwork are highly preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy doors and frames (50+ lbs) and stay active on your feet.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Production & Manufacturing: Build and assemble wood and metal doors/frames to high quality.
• Tool Operation: Safely use saws, drills, and pneumatic equipment.
• Shop Upkeep: Keep workspace clean, organized and safe.
• Logistics & Equipment: Move materials, organize inventory, load/unload vehicles.
• Local Deliveries: Backup driver for job-site deliveries, on-time arrivals.
• Counter Support: Assist walk-in customers with product questions and recommendations.
• Transaction Management: Process orders and payments with accuracy.
