Job summary

Goodera is seeking a hands-on Operations & Logistics Associate for our Dallas warehouse. You will perform daily warehouse tasks, manage kitting and packing, and ensure BOM accuracy while meeting event deadlines. You will also handle receiving, inventory audits, and local sourcing to optimize costs.

This role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience, proficiency with carrier systems, WMS, and Excel, plus the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct, hands-on warehouse operations experience (kitting, order picking, packing, shipping/receiving, inventory management).
• Based in or near Dallas, TX, with reliable transportation for daily on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Core Warehouse & Kitting: floor-level tasks, sorting, kitting, packing, labeling, BOM accuracy, quality control.
• Sourcing & Inventory: receive, log, cycle counts, local sourcing, safe storage.
• Shipping & Dispatch: generate labels, prepare BOLs, coordinate dock appointments, track shipments.
• Facility & Process Adherence: maintain 5S/lean practices, follow SOPs, operate warehouse equipment safely.
