Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally of Northeast Triangle in the United States (NC) is seeking a motivated person to learn residential construction, carpentry, remodeling, and home repair. You will work with an experienced Field Operations Manager and gain hands-on experience on real customer projects.

You should be comfortable with basic tools, able to read a tape measure, and eager to learn. Previous construction experience helps but is not required; reliability and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Basic hand tools and general tool use required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and measure accurately.
• Willingness to learn and grow in skilled trades.
• Reliability and attention to detail are essential.
• Good communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Finish carpentry and trim installation.
• Door and window repairs and installation.
• Bathroom remodeling.
• Flooring and baseboards.
• Drywall repairs.
• Cabinetry and shelving.
• Deck and exterior repairs.
• Grab bars, railings, and senior safety modifications.
• Fixture and hardware installation.
• Punch list repairs.
