Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSME preferred).
• 1–5 years' experience in a hands-on engineering role (internships considered).
• Solid communication skills, written and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Manage test projects from inception to completion, develop test plans, design tooling, troubleshoot issues, collect data, and present results in formal reports.
• Utilize advanced metrology equipment to review tested bearings and verify tooling accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineers, metallurgists, and technicians on bearing-related projects.
• Manage relationships with outside vendors and suppliers related to tooling and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
