Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field or Education (Science, Math, Engineering, Technology)
• Valid North Carolina Department of Public Instruction teaching license (Grades 6–12 or applicable grade band)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for hands-on, interdisciplinary teaching

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned STEM instruction
• Develop project-based and inquiry-based lessons
• Guide students in hands-on experiments, coding, robotics, and engineering challenges
• Integrate technology and digital tools into instruction
