Gateway To Science is seeking a STEM Educator to deliver engaging STEM experiences across North Dakota. You will lead hands-on workshops, develop curricula, and drive outreach both at the science center and in schools, inspiring curiosity and making learning fun while embracing a bit of hands-on messiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
2+ years of teaching experience (including substitute teaching, camps, or similar environments).
Demonstrated effective group and classroom management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.
Eager to learn, experiment, and grow as part of a team.
Dependable, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic setting.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead age-appropriate STEM programming for students of all ages, onsite and offsite.
Develop and prep STEM activities and resources in collaboration with Education Directors.
Mentor camp instructors, event facilitators, and volunteers within a collaborative team.
