Plastipak Packaging, Inc. in Plymouth, MI is seeking a Software Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 to design, develop, and troubleshoot manufacturing software on the Technical Data Integration Team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Expected graduation December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Within commuting distance of Plymouth, MI and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and troubleshoot manufacturing software for Plastipak facilities.
• Build applications used across multiple plants and support SCADA system development.
• Collaborate across teams to solve technical challenges and explore emerging technologies including ML/AI.
