Job summary

Mythic is building next-generation AI silicon and we are looking for a hands-on Product Engineer to help bring it to life—from bring-up and validation to wafer sort, package test, characterization, and yield learning with OSAT and foundry partners.

This is a physical-silicon role focused on ATE data and bench characterization, collaborating with design, DFT, test, reliability, quality, and manufacturing to establish scalable product engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in semiconductor product engineering or related silicon production role.
• Hands-on experience with physical silicon, wafer sort and final package test.
• Strong ownership of bring-up, characterization, yield analysis, and ramp.
• Understanding of manufacturing flows, screening, guard banding, binning, and outgoing quality.
• Experience validating high-speed IP interfaces (LPDDR, PCIe, UCIe, MIPI, Ethernet).
• Experience validating Functional Safety mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Drive product engineering strategy across silicon bring-up, characterization, yield learning.
• Own product health across wafer sort, final package test, and manufacturing correlation.
• Partner with design, DFT, test, reliability, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Analyze silicon and test data to identify yield issues and performance limiters.
• Work with OSATs and foundries to deploy robust product flows.
• Make smart tradeoffs across yield, quality, cost, and ramp velocity.
• Improve infrastructure, automation, and analytics for product monitoring.
• Operate as an individual contributor with deep silicon and data work.
