Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and precision in assembly tasks.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools and reading work instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with safety in mind.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and proper torque/specs.
• Team-oriented with flexible attitude and good communication.
• High school diploma preferred; relevant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble server racks using hand and power tools.
• Install hardware, fasteners, and torque components per specs.
• Read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Perform functional go/no-go testing for quality.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Move materials across the production floor.
• Receive and verify incoming materials.
• Identify defects and report quality issues.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Support multiple stations in a flexible environment.
• Assist other production departments as needed.
• Help meet production and quality goals.
