Job summary

Growth Plays is looking for two hands-on SEO managers based in North America with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. You will report to the Director of Technical SEO, Dan Silber, and work closely with the AI Director and account managers to ensure timely, high-quality SEO deliverables demonstrating measurable results.

The role emphasizes execution over strategy, with responsibilities spanning audits, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and close collaboration with client teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on agency-side SEO audits and experiments.
• Proven, tangible results from executed SEO work.
• Ability to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of crawling, rendering, indexation, site speed, and internationalization.
• Detail-oriented with QA to ensure error-free deliverables.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce audits, run domain and CMS migrations, and build reporting.
• Collaborate with account managers on technical SEO issues.
• Attend client calls to discuss issues and provide clear, actionable solutions.
• Create tickets in PM tools and monitor resolution of SEO fixes.
• Monitor site health using Ahrefs and alert account managers of critical issues.
• Run SEO experiments on client sites using our platform.
