Monin Gourmet Flavorings is seeking a Safety & Compliance Specialist to lead safety on the production floor and across the facility. You will identify hazards, coach employees, and drive corrective actions, working with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and site leadership to strengthen safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes incidents investigations, safety training delivery, and collaboration to maintain a safe, compliant environment within the Clearwater facility.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or closely related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, risk assessments, and safety training.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and lead safe work practices.
• Conduct routine safety inspections across production, warehouse, and maintenance areas.
• Identify unsafe conditions and drive timely corrective actions with departments.
• Support OSHA compliance and company safety policies across the site.
• Investigate incidents and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training, including new-hire orientation and refresher sessions.
