Job summary

Curi Capital offers a 10-week paid Summer Internship for college juniors. You will work alongside the Retirement Plan Solutions team, supporting real projects and client-focused work under the guidance of experienced advisors.

You'll gain exposure to ERISA retirement plans, service provider management, and investment selection while developing your professional skills and strategic thinking in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Trust and Wealth Management, or general business.
• Leadership role in a club, organization, or job.
• Sharp analytical thinking and genuine curiosity about financial markets and business strategy.
• Clear, confident communication in client meetings, team huddles, or summaries.
• Organized and able to juggle multiple projects and handle ambiguity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your team on meaningful projects and research informing client and business decisions.
• Sit in on client and prospect meetings to observe how advisors build trust and provide recommendations.
• Gain hands-on exposure to ERISA-governed Retirement Plans, Service Provider Management, and Investment Selection.
• Communicate directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to sharpen professional instincts.
