Responsibilities

• Act as hands-on R&D architect combining architectural thinking with software development.
• Design and prototype AI-powered solutions and internal tools.
• Evaluate and integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI services.
• Design and implement AI agents, prompts, MCP integrations, and supporting services.
• Develop backend services using Python and C#/.NET.
• Build internal UIs with React/TypeScript or equivalent.
• Integrate REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party services.
• Work with SQL/PostgreSQL and contribute to data modeling.
• Leverage AWS/Azure and CI/CD to support prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Rapidly validate concepts and turn ideas into working prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions.

Hands-on R&D Architect

We are looking for a hands-on R&D Architect with a strong Full Stack development background to design, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate combines solid software engineering expertise with a strong interest in emerging AI technologies and the ability to rapidly turn ideas into functional prototypes.

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Solid experience with C# / .NET
• Experience working with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and MCP
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party service integrations
• Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and basic data modeling
• Experience with React/TypeScript or similar technologies, with the ability to build functional internal UIs
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and basic CI/CD practices
• Strong prototyping skills and ability to quickly turn ideas into working solutions
• Previous experience as a Full Stack Developer, with the ability to work across the technology stack
