The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer skills, and reliable transportation for local travel between facilities. Shift is Monday–Friday, 1st shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two years of verifiable work experience may be considered in lieu of education, or successful 6 months or less in the Production Operator Trainee role.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and equipment for product processing, including assembly, chemical additions, extrusion, and packaging.
• Follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Complete documentation to track work, record scrap, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Stage, load, and remove materials for production.
• Maintain quality standards and comply with certifications.
• Read and interpret drawings/diagrams with supervisor assistance.
• Attend training as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
