Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction with hands-on leadership experience.
• History of juggling schedules, crews and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience as foreman or production manager in field leadership roles.
• Skilled carpenter in rough framing and finish work.
• Able to direct a team and work on-site with homeowners and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential remodeling projects from first day on site to final walkthrough.
• Direct the field crew's day-to-day production and workflow.
• Work with trade partners to keep projects on schedule and up to standard.
• Set up and track project schedules in JobTread.
• Visit job sites regularly to check progress, workmanship, and safety.
• Mentor carpenters and other field team members; be the go-to field lead.
