Job summary

CoWorx is seeking dependable Production Associates to join our Sanford, Maine manufacturing team. This hands-on role focuses on assembling products, following detailed work instructions, and maintaining quality in a collaborative environment.

Shift is M-F 7AM to 3:30PM. Candidates should have good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, and willingness to learn is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written instructions and visual diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and measuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Cut, route, bundle, label, and organize materials as required.
• Use hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
