Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a hands-on Production Manager for a meat processing facility in Northeast Georgia. You will lead daily operations on the production floor, ensure safety, quality, and on‑time production while coaching staff and optimizing workflows.

Ideal candidates have prior meat processing or food manufacturing supervisory experience, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in meat processing or food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of USDA, HACCP, GMP, sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily meat processing and production operations
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise production employees
• Meet production schedules and customer requirements
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, yield, waste, and downtime
• Maintain high standards for product quality and food safety
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality/Food Safety, Sanitation, Shipping, and Management
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and implement corrective actions
• Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Complete required production records and reports
