You will coordinate with Operations, Quality/Engineering, Maintenance, and Scheduling/Purchasing to align priorities and execute improvements.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in Lean manufacturing, ERP/MRP usage, and leading through functional managers to optimize safety, quality, and delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility.
• At least 5 years leading manufacturing operations or an entire plant.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing data analytics.

Aufgaben

• Lead the facility’s manufacturing performance with direct accountability for production execution and throughput.
• Coach and develop managers of Quality/Engineering, Maintenance, Scheduling and Purchasing.
• Drive cross-functional improvements in throughput, lead time, and on-time delivery; remove bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Quoting, and Customer Service to ensure capacity matches commitments.
